Back Squat x 5

20 minutes to establish 5-5-5-5-5 reps Back Squat for average load.

Then

Five 2-minute AMRAPs with 1 minute rest between AMRAPs. Score as many points as possible. Each DB Snatch is worth 4 points. All other reps are worth 1 point each.
10 DB Snatches, 50/35 (1 rep = 4 points)
20 WB, 20/14
40 Double Unders
