Step-ups and Kettlebells

5rds for time of:
30 step-ups onto 20" box with KB
15 KBS
30 step-ups onto 20" box with KB
15 SDHP

You may hold the KB any way you like on the step ups. Alternate legs on step ups. L-r-l-r....for 30 reps, 15 KBS, l-r-l-r...for 30 reps, 15 SDHP. Post time to comments. 

Rx = 2/1.5
Pack = 1.5/1, 4 rds
Pups = 1/.5, 3 rds, step up with no weight
BC = up to 1 pd, 12" box, 2rds, step up with no weight
