ME Burpees to plate
When you finish your two hundred meter pinch-grip plate carry, set the weights on the ground where you will do your burpees. Burpee on the ground then jump onto the plates. (Kind of like bar over Burpee where you finish the Burpee rep by jumping over the bar. Here you finish the Burpee rep by jumping onto the plate.)
