Feel Right

For total reps
Run 800M then ME Pullup until 10:00
Run 800M then ME Pushups until 20:00
Run 800M then ME Situps until 30:00
Run 800M then ME Squats until 40:00

40 minute WOD. Every 10 minutes complete an 800M run then as many reps as possible of the appropriate exercise. Post total reps to comments. Compare to 9/14/15.
