Workout 16.3



Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 Power Snatches, 75/55
3 Bar muscle-ups

At the end of each round, time should be marked. Post rounds and reps to comments and/or submit your score as part of the 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games.

Rx'd - (Rx'd Men and Women, Masters 40-54, Teens 16-17)

Scaled - (Scaled Men and Women, Scaled Masters 40-60+, Scaled Teens)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 Power Snatches, 45/35
5 jumping chest-to-bar pull-ups

Masters - (Master's 55-60+)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 Power Snatches, 45/35
5 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Teens - (Teens 14-15)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 Power Snatches, 65/45
3 Bar muscle-ups
