Workout 16.1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 bar-facing burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Men lunge 95 lb.
Women lunge 65 lb.
NOTE - This workout uses a TON of floor space. We will do our best to accommodate everyone. Open competitors, we will reserve a section of the gym for this WOD during Open Gym tomorrow. You are welcome to run it in class today or during Open Gym tomorrow (or both). If you are not participating in the Open, please choose the Carport CrossFit 16.1 wod below.

8 bar-facing burpees

8 jumping chin-over-bar pullups

Masters and Teens 14-15 - (Masters Men and Women 55-59, 60+)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20min of
25-ft. overhead walking lunge, 65/45
