Start with 3 Rounds for time:

20 Straight legged sit-ups
10 Hang Cleans

My score: 4:23 / 75#

Then

10 minute EMOM:

1 Front Squat
1 Overhead Squat
1 Back Squat

BONUS! On last minute, after the back squat, get as many push presses as possible

My score: 75# / 20 push presses

Then

1 Rep Max Back Squat:

My score: 275# PR! (I had lost count and was squatting 10lbs more than I thought)
