Man-Makers, SDHP

EMOM for 15 minutes do 1 man-maker using the most challenging dumbbell as possible
Then
 
4 x 4 minute rounds of
Carry one KB 200M then complete as many KB SDHP as possible
Post load and reps to comments.

Started with 20lb dumbbells and worked up to 35lb on Man Makers

90 @ 3/4 pood (12kg/26#)

I like the idea of doing one really heavy man maker and then continue with the WOD. Will have to try.
