Climb, Run, Clean

4 rounds for max reps
1 min max reps Rope Climb
1 min to run 200M
1 min max reps Hang Squat Clean, 205/135
1 min to run 200M

1 rope climb = 3 reps. 1 beginner rope climb = 1 rep. Post total reps to comments. (Note - if it takes you longer than 1 min to run 200M, you will just have less time at rope climbs and cleans. Get around that little loop quickly so you can accumulate as many reps as possible!!!)
