4-Ton Mile

 
4 rounds for time:
Run 400M
Lift 1 Ton over your head

Accumulate 2000# each round by lifting the weight of your choice from the ground to overhead until reps x load = 2000. (For example, if you use 200#, you would lift it 10 times.)

Pack = 2-ton mile (4 rounds: run 400M, lift 1000#)
Pups = 1-ton 800M (4 rounds: run 200M, lift 500#)

OPEN COMPETITORS - All scores for 15.3 must be submitted by 7pm tonight.

Pack 18:49 at 16 repsx65lbs each round (that's a 40lb bonus each round)

Where were all of our peeps this morning? It was just the Brian-Sandy-Bill show today. Not near as much fun as a box full of carporteurs plus you missed a surprise visit by Coach Drew this a.m. A day without crossfit is like the pancakes without the syrup.
