For max reps:
0:00-10:00 Run 1 mile and complete as many Deadlifts as possible, 225/155
10:00-17:00 Run 800M and complete as many Power Cleans as possible, 135/95
17:00-21:00 Run 400M and complete as many Front Squats as possible, 135/95
