30 Dips
30 Pushups
30 Overhead Squats, 45lbs
30 Double Unders

29:59 mins. I know; it's still slow BUT it's almost 5:00 mins faster than the last time I ran it. Took me almost 8 mins to finish 30 HSPU; otherwise, I was pretty fast.
