Hey Coach,
How about giving us a week off from overhead lifts.. i.e. Ohs, snatch, c&j. Us old skinny folks (me) need a time out....my arms and shoulders are wishing they were attached to a Mr Potato Head so they could be switched out for David P (Bones) Froning Pugh arms and shoulders.
