As for how to time it out I broke my thrusters up as follows: 21-15&6, 18-10&8, 15-9&6, 12-8&4, 9 thru 3 unbroken. The trick seems to be just keep moving. Short rests thru thrusters and almost no rest on the burpees. Keep them steady And methodical. Don't get out of the fate too early and just keep the gas pedal down consistently. Go get some pr's carport!
28 something, I didn't puke (though it was close a few times) and I just stuck w/ my plan to keep moving, chipping away @ the work. My saving grace was never stopping during burpees.

Well this was certainly not a pr day but so thankful hat Nichole was our one brave soul to venture a try with 14.5 this morning!

Boy am I glad to have that workout behind me. That was so hard. I finished in 17:49 - met my goal of being sub 20!
