Open WOD 11.2

It finally snowed!! The gym is closed this morning. Please stay safe and HAVE FUN in the snow!!! Evening classes will be open.

Complete as many rounds reps as possible in 15 minutes of
9 Deadlifts, 155/100
12 Push-ups
15 Box Jumps, 24/20

Since the morning class was cancelled, I did a modified Annie at home - 30-25-20-15-10-5- du's and sit-ups. I had to post this so Coach Drew could see that I actually did du's at home. (But it doesn't happen very often.)

In front of a clock set for 15 minutes:
1 minute of Squats
2 minutes of Double-unders
3 minutes of Push-ups
4 minutes of Ball Slams, 20/30
5 minutes of Pull-ups
