i dragged my feet after pullup rep 40 because ripped my left hand. i decided to keep going and ripped my right at rep 90. i was glad that i finished, though! i'm looking forward to seeing what times you guys put up!

Well it was nice to have a few in the am crew today. Logged a 10:50 I believe it was. Sit-ups got to be a bit of analog towards the end but some good work this morning.

I started out doing sets of 10 (10 jumping pull-ups, 10 "worm" push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 squats). I was having to break up the pull-ups so after round 6, I switched to sets of 5. That was much faster. If I had switched to sets of 5 sooner, I think I could have been sub 20. This was fun :)

A little over 11min sit-up SLOW:) but I can rember when it took me that long to PU
