It was great to be back at the Carport this morning!! Did a way modified workout, but made it! And it didn't feel as bad as I thought it might after being out so long! Did 12-9-6-3 C2B with blue band, 35# GTO, and hand-release push-ups in 9:07.
This WOD killed me this morning. I could not get my breathing controlled. Great to see Brother Bill and Ms. Sandy back this morning! Missed these guys! I think my times was a sluggish 12:58.
