Guilt and Shame...not good motivators for me. I bailed on Brain this morning at 5:08 because I made the excuse it was just too dang cold outside....I was in my truck on the way there!! So the guilt part is that I am afraid Brian made his way in at 5:15 because I had reserved a spot. Whether this is the case or not Brian you have my apologies. The shame part is that I let myself talk me into cancelling. Not a good way to start 2014....but there is always room to improve and I will.

400s/300s/200s/ wow that was over 100 less than my best and about 100 less than my best DU I need more rest and more water but still a good day of training :)
