Well this was a HUMDINGER! My OH Presses were supposed to be jerks but far from it and on the push ups I look like I was bringing back the centipede dance but a spastic version. Other than that it was great and I finished in 9:48

My time was 17:30, not 11:30. Yes, u read that right- 17. Yikes, I know. Chest to bar and clapping pushups felt surprisingly ok. Jerks not so much. Must. Work. On. Push. Jerks. I have such a HARD time jerking when I get winded!
