Happy Born Day Coach!!! Good to be back this morning and misery loves company so I was glad to hear Friday smoked Shane's legs as well. 12#'s on the CTB and a whopping 2 + 1 on the WOD.

After a couple of weeks of not working out in attempt to NOT go into labor, it is now my #1 goal. Back to working out today!!
This morning I walked the 800M loop at our house. Normally it takes me 5min to run it, but it took 12min to walk it! Ha! Just call me "Turbo"

12 lb ctb during 'careful' - 3 rounds + 6 reps for wod. I think I could have done more weight during 'careful' but trying to negotiate the swinging action of the kettle bell with the kipping was causing some apprehension.
