OPEN HOUSE FORMAT: Please join us this afternoon anytime between 1:00-7:00 to watch the finals of the 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games. Swimming, food, fun, fellowship and getting inspired watching the "World's Fittest Athletes"!! Come and go as you please. Grilled chicken, hamburgers, and some snacks will be provided. Post time to comments. 30 minute time cap. Every rep not completed in the 30 minute time frame will be added as one second to your time. Ie - If at 30:00 you have completed everything except 7 pushups and the final 200M run, your time will be 30:08.
