PU all long kip the most I got was 34 Still that was a lot of good work to do in an hour now more Million meter baby
75# 3 rep max. New PR! 15:30 something on the buuurrrpeee box juuuumps. It was slow and painful. 3 x 3 unassisted pull ups for the cash out. Definitely a new PR!!!
