  1. I was not overly excited about more dead lifts but it worked out pretty well

    285-295-315-335-355 the 355# is 92% of my 1 rep max! Thanks for the encouragement to push more out Cori and preciate Josh being there to walk to laddre with me

    afterwards did 5s on OHS

Visited a gym in O'Fallon, IL yesterday and did "Air Force". 75#'s, 15 reps of each and 2 burpees at the top of each minute. 9:35 which I was pleased with considering all the beer coming out of my pores! Real nice folks but all gyms are definitely not the same. Hope to see everyone Friday.
