G52 - FIGHT GONE BAD - Leaderboard WOD!!

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Post total reps to comments. Compare to 2/17/106/28/104/28/1111/17/11, and 6/21/12.

The usual sub for rowing is SDHP. Since SDHP are already in the WOD, we generally recommend Burpees. Counting the number of Burpees tends to work out fine as a sub for cals rowed.

  3. RX 214. Don't remember my reps/movement. That's the bad thing about a chalkboard...you can't hit the undo button once you've deleted it
