20 Overhead Squats
20 Front Squats
Men will use a 95lb barbell. Women will use 65lbs. Each athlete must do four burpees at the beginning of every minute before moving on to the barbell work. The athlete is allowed to move to the next barbell skill once an he/she has completed all 20 reps. If the minute clock beeps during a repetition the athlete will complete their rep and then start their four burpees. There is a 20min cap.
The athlete is allowed to rest the entire minute once he/she has completed his/her burpees. If an athlete decides to scale down his/her WOD or does not finish in the allowed time the athlete will be given a DNF. Full range of motion (ROM) on all skills!

ReplyDeleteNot my best, but stayed on the min, popcorn and honey butter biscuits are not the best fuel for me
I really drew out the other side of Tonya it might have exempted her from setting pr or it could have been the class
Energy or core temp or complacency or the other things that go through the mind when WODing. In the end it was the best I have seen tonya move so it is a pr with good ROM :)
I would like to thank the Hill family for coming out and cheering me on with my 1st baseball game in 7 years. Thanks for the photo and encouragement! Also, thanks for the TON of squats that we do each week, not sore at all from catching 9 innings. I dont think I could have lasted the way I did without crossfit!

ReplyDeleteI have a nasty cold. If tomorrow's wod had been an N, which is the last letter I need for BINGO, I would have made myself show up anyway. As it is, I will have to see how I feel.
