In hindsight, I should have spent more time warming up for the HPC. They felt really heavy at first. I got tired of DL each rep so decided to try putting some together and was surprised to be able to do it. Sandy, I am super proud of you!!! You learned HSPU last week and did FORTY-FIVE in the WOD today! That is amazing!
