  8. Thanks, everyone! I was happy to do them, but I am still using one abmat under my head, so not quite RX yet. Took me 22 minutes to complete, but I did it!

    Shane, 2mile run with a 12# vest? You are a beast!!

    Pistols, mob HSPU w/knees on box, 135# HPC

    21: 15 singles, then 2-2-2
    15: 3-3-2-3-3-4
    9: 5-4

    In hindsight, I should have spent more time warming up for the HPC. They felt really heavy at first. I got tired of DL each rep so decided to try putting some together and was surprised to be able to do it.
    Sandy, I am super proud of you!!! You learned HSPU last week and did FORTY-FIVE in the WOD today! That is amazing!
