Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
100 pound Thruster, 15 reps
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.
If 180 reps (6 rounds) are completed in under 8 minutes, time extends to 12 minutes.
If 270 reps (9 rounds) are completed in under 12 minutes, time extends to 16 minutes.
Etc.

Good grief Charlie Brown this looked easier on paper....
Masters Men's scale 65 lbs and reg pull ups = 74 reps
Although the rules should have been that if you make 3 complete rounds you get to stop at 4 minutes and if you don't then you HAVE to go another 4 minutes ;0)

Thanks for all the good wishes everyone!! Jennifer and Cara, we missed you this morning!! I thought the master's scale was going to be pretty easy. Boy, was I wrong. But Drew coached me to 15 jumping chest to bar pull-ups, when it looked like I was not going to even get one! Thanks, Drew!! Total reps 43.
