Congrats to Cori and Brian on your 13.3 WOD! Way to go!! After 150 wall balls yesterday, this mornings workout was sorely tough! But we did it! :-) 90# was my max; and 16 ' triple jump.

I'm was so happy to be back in the gym this morning.

Also, Brian's jumping skills are out of control! Awesome job!

Hey Carport gang. I have been afraid to write this until today but NO broken bones just a sore thumb (simply due to me forgetting my skill level and age; simultaneously) and I have not been wore out OR sore after going hard on the slopes all week. Thanks to you all for that.

Miss you all and hope everyone has a great weekend.

Glad to hear you are still in one piece Eddie. Big congrat to Brian, Cori and Drew for getting deep into those MUs!

With that extra 1/4 in the front squat this morning all I could muster was 145 lbs.

Excuse me Sheena we missed you this a.m.....but that new phone app must be working because we got a message on facebook that you hit the snooze button.

I have no excuse other than typical rainy morning headache and... uhm, my knees were feeling a bit sore-ish from my coronation as Wall Ball Queen, so decided to rest, and live to squat another day!
That is all. Carry on.

my absence was intentional this time! i'm running a 5k tomorrow and figured since my legs are already pretty sore from yesterday's wall balls, i should skip the squats so i don't have to crawl the 5k in the morning. :)

I can barely feel my legs after last night. Think I'm skipping today and am going to do some walking/ stretching.

Jennifer and Sheena, I think you chose wisely. After yesterday's and today's workout, Bill and I cannot move!! Even just the act of lowering ourselves into a chair is excruciating! :-)
