Dang this one looks fun. Apparently I've caught the crud while traveling and am still not able to breathe, so won't be making it today. I'd also probably have to stop and sneeze between burpees and I'd probably pull something doing that! Cheers.

Did 281 today in reps. Wanted 300 but the lower back would not allow it to happen!
Back is super sore from 2 times doing 13.1......
