I know I am a geek, but check out the "Update" on the CrossFit games website. The second segment includes some pretty helpful tips about the workouts in 2012. They will apparently repeat one workout for sure.

Functional fitness alert!!!

Today at work I was trying to get a cabinet out of our horribly arranged back room. Long story short, I caught and held up a huge shelf and kept me and my boss from getting hurt. Yay Crossfit!

Came back a day too early and got a little pukie post WOD...hopefully that will get it all out of the system. Posted a 3:02 tonight. And looking at the WOD for tomorrow that is some MONSTER weight for the men, gonna be a tough one!
