Worked with some awesome barnyarders this morning on WODs 1 and 3.
1 - 25 RKBs at 53 lbs, 25 abmat situps, 25 ball slams @20# then 1400m run with a 2.5# weight in each hand - yuck!
2 - 10 rope climbs split between me and Bill - I didn't complete all of mine because grip shot, then Brooke rowed 1K m and Bill and I split 130 burpees and Brooke did 20. Nice job everyone (including the barnyard brawlers:)) and it should be fun!
