RX Mary 8 + 25. 5 pull ups short of 9 full-lost my grip bad-great workout from the 515 crew this morning!!

Shane was killin' it this morning! Way to go my friend. I know you're digging deep when you start talking to Shane.

RX 7 rounds + 20....pullups started going away about round 4 - had to go to 5s then 3s at a time.

I mod'd the HSPU's by using 2 abmats, but no other mods.

Skinning that cat made me feel like
"carfing". That's either "cat barfing" or "Carport barfing"
your choice.

I could only do 1 skin the cat before I had to grab on to the floor and hold on for dear life. It was moving around so much. Good thing I paid my gravity bill.

My first WOD with Coach Drew! I 6 + 4 but I felt like I needed a scale for Kittens. I so want to get rid of that band on pull-ups.

Like Stacey I used 2 abmats for the handstand push-ups; also had to mod the pull-ups - used the red band - and they were still hard; and had to modify the pistols.....other than being very moderate on every movement...I did 5 rds + 17

mod hspu w/ ab mats, mod pistol squats, RX pull ups. the pull ups were slowing me down big time! i might have to start using a band again!

5 rds + 5 mod pistols

Skunk: Back Squats x 5: 95/145/175/205/225. Tough after the pistols.

Then, worked on getting successive DU's. Got to 7! This will be mastered in 2013.
