Great info meeting last night Cori and Amber. We really appreciate you two and Drew and Dave for all the blood, sweat and tears you are pouring into the new Box...it is going to be a Grand place! Cori - you told me I was using my arms too much for wall balls and not using momentum from my lower body. I made some adjustments and while I am still not on the "wall ball" fan list...I got through them a bit easier today than I have before. It was good advice!
