After the first wall ball attempt with 20# slam ball was dropped on my foot I swapped out!
Think I'm still down a pint as I was breathing really, really hard...

I like the way Kista comes in to the Carport, finds her space, gets her piece of chalk, puts it down at her feet and is locked and loaded ready to go. Make way for Kista in the Beast Book ladies-she is coming on at a high rate of speed. Go Kista Go!

I have finally succombed to the sickness that has been going around. Hopefully I will be on the mend and back at the Carport tomorrow! I hate missing 3 days in a row though I'm not too sad to miss wallballs!

Cynthia- I did a MOD WOD- 10 ball slams with 20# ball and straight legged sit ups. 18 rounds + 22. That is 372 sit ups. I am pretty sure that is going to hurt soon...
