As many rounds as possible in 13 minutes of:
1 round consists of:

1 Push Press @ 70% of body weight
1 Pull Up
3 Push Presses @ 70% of body weight
3 Pull Ups
5 Push Presses @ 70% of body weight
5 Pull Ups

RX..wuhoo (advantage today for skinny boys) 105lbs - 6 rounds + 1 lift
I had Cori on the first pullup and then she pulled ahead.
Way to go A.M.ers! - Anna and Sandy schooled us again!

I must say that i was a little concerned about squashing sandy's head, so i would try to wait until she was done with her ring rows, but it was a nice excuse to breathe. Ha!

Great to be back today. I have to lose some weight!!! 5+11 @95# with jumping pull-ups. Ladies and Bill all kicked butt this morning. Everyone have a great weekend and a belated thanks to the Monday 5:30 Team for the hospitality.

Geeze louise Sheena you're right! I'll be Zingwoolyed. Sorry about that. Sheena, we missed your smiling face this morning! ;•}. I'll take a wild and crazy guess and say.....alarm clock malfunction? Actually it occured to us you were missing so Cori filled in your spot to balance things out. She makes a whole lot more noise over in that corner than you do though-there was a whole lot of Maria going on this morning.
