Well, my mathleticism failed me this morning. I deserved it for deciding I didn't need chalk to keep up this morning.
Round 1 - 4:23 Round 2 (with an extra set thrown in) - 12:24 total 55#
Real time was a few seconds behind whatever Sandy did. I realized on the 3rd squat clean I was doing an extra set and decided I'd done the hard part might as well finish it out.
That's why you and Dr Robert are on my hero list Anna...always going the extra mile....that and having small children and still committing to crossfit as are so many others in this box.
Is anyone else's mid to upper back killing them after yesterday's WOD or am I the only wimp today?
So amber measured out 200 feet, and it is not to "at work" and back. That is only 120 feet. Tonight, if you come to class, you can run it either way you choose. I apologoze for not neasuring it. Usually i measure, but iwas going on memory and it was wrong. Sorry about that. If you feel cheated out of your wod this morning, i apologize and will make it up to you next week.... Mmwwahahaha
45# 4:46 for the first round and finished at 12 minutes. This one was very frustrating for me. I think Drew could see my frustration breaking through, not too subtle.
If it makes you feel any better Cori Drew outlined this WOD for me yesterday morning and he pointed out that the run was from the Carport to 'at work' and back.....so you are in the clear.
BTW if anyone feels cheated we don't know them and will deny any affiliation.....mmwaaahaahahaa.

I am not in pain today but am damged tired.
My lower back is, Bill! Oh wait, I didn't do yesterday's wod! Doh!
I will have to admit, my fellow CJ's, this rest thing ain't too shabby. Since I was too stubborn to rest, God slammed on the brakes for me! :)
Did you see the bone cruncher yesterday Brooke?
Bill, yes, I did, and he is amazing! Thank you so much for the awesome referral! And, I go back for some more bone crunching on Monday :)
