Nutrition Challenge begins today!


"Simple Nutrition" CrossFit Journal Preview (http://journal.crossfit.com).

15 minute AMRAP of:
DB Farmer's Walk, 100ft
DB Push Press, 10 reps
DB Farmer's Walk, 100ft
Jump-over burpees, 10 reps

Men use 50# DB. Women use 35# DB. Post rounds and reps to comments.

happy nutrition challenge week 1! for those of you that are participating, this is a reminder to get your weight, measurements and before pics so that you have something to compare at the end. it is your responsibility to get either me or amber to do this for you. grab one of us sometime this week after class.

and i forgot to mention on saturday, if you do paleo, it is common to have a decrease in energy and an overall blah feeling for about 10 days. this is your body doing 2 things. 1. getting rid of the yucky crap you've been putting in and 2. switching from a carb burner for energy into a fat burner. so don't worry if this happens to you...just stick with it and it will pass!!!! try if for these 8 weeks....if it's not for you at the end, then you can go back to your previous way of eating! :)
