Actually it's not such a big number- that's where the big boys in the PM start. Besides that Brooke was with me pound for pound until more than 1/2 way through-I would suggest no one challenge her to an arm wrestle;o). In fact I may start addressing her as 'yes maam'
Well- since the last time I tried a bar dip was with my own body weight and I struggled with that, I think that 70# is impressive:) Brooke is most definitely a ma'am!
So sad I've missed every morning this week. We've had a terrible outbreak of the stomach bug here (thankfully I've been spared). Hopefully we'll be back to normal by Monday morning.
