wow i sure do miss everyone! i am looking forward to getting back to the gym next week!!

SO i think dave and i are doing a paleo challenge starting july 15 (the day after the games) running through sept 15 (two days before my bday haha). that's right, people, 60 whole days! :) if anyone else wants to jump on board, set some fitness goals in addition to the nutrition challenge, then let's do it!!!! i'm going strict, strict, strict paleo for the entire 60 days...ie no dairy (aka feta), no protein bars (sniff, sniff), etc.

16.11 this morning. A good day...a one Anna day. Just one hobbitt step ahead of Skiddoo but behind Eddie. Anna and Sheena finished strong too. We have no slackers in a.m.!

Note: it was brought to my attention this morning that it has become increasingly difficult to have a 'great day' as there have been so few '2 Anna days' lately. The committee has taken under consideration to equivitate a '3 S day' (Sheena - Stacey - Sandy) with a 'great day' to enhance the overall Carport experience.

Really tough workout! 35# for 21:31, but I RAN for the first time. I will see how that feels on the knees in the morning, but right now I am glad I did it:) Did 83 knees to elbows. Those are deceptively hard! Will miss you all at Open Gym, but will be back Monday. Happy weekend!
