MONDAY:
For time:
70 Burpees
60 Sit-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 poods
40 Pull-ups
30 Handstand push-ups
22:35 - much much slower than I expected but I'm glad igot up and did it this morning. I finished burpees around 4:45. Midway through situps my alarm went off so I got up and cut that off, finished situps at 7:30 or so. Kbs (15/15/10/10) idk when I finished (10:30 maybe). Ring pullups 8 sets of 5. At this point my time is no where near what I want it to he so instead of getting that DFL mentality and completely checking out, I decided to stick to doing a set #. It was really challenging to do 5ring pullups! Haha HSPU 6 sets of 5, being careful not to get splinters from the wooden wall or rip my cute lululemon shorts! :)

well, our crossftting beach plan has been foiled! :( we were planning on going to cf panama city beach all wekk, but sad news....last week was their last week in business. the owner is moving back to georgia. sigh. i had great plans of continuing my strength stuff while down here plus wods. i didn't bring a kb or wallball or nothing! oh well. we have emailed crossfit30a to see if we can go there the rest of the week.

dave and i did a wod on the tennis courts. 20 min amrap-5 hspu, 10 pistols, 15 burpees. (dave did an alternate amrap) it was terribly hot out there, and i honestly thought i was gonna barf a few times. 7 rounds plus 11 burpees. mr pukie kept threatening to rear his ugly head and prevented me from getting 8 rounds. everything was unbroken.

I thought about doing something this morning about 5am..... Then I came to my senses and thought "nope, I think I'll have another cup of that Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Kochere coffee that William brought this weekend. Possibly the best coffee I have ever had....and I know good coffee!
Lovin the start of a week of resting my crossfit bones. I haven't thought about barfing once. Tomorrow I'll probably think about not doing a workout again while enjoying yet another fine cup of java;0)

So true Puma. Happy Birthday to all of us. I'm working today :( and please don't blow off your fingers shooting illegal fireworks tonight. I kind of miss those roman candle/bottle rocket wars I had as a kid. See you guys at the 6:30pm class tomorrow.
