5 rounds plus 10 kbs RX....and RX means the 2 pood kettlebell baby!!!! yay! it's the first time i've swung the 2 pood in a wod. i was planning on only doing english swings, but then i realized in round 2 that i was doing full ROM! double yay! my bell might've been a little droopy, but it was over my head! (no wisecracks, judy) i was shooting for 6 rounds....hopefully next time. i'm fairly pleased considering last time i got 7 rounds with the 1.5 pood kb.

then mu skunk work. 2 on the min for 7 min. completed all rounds. first 1 of the 2 was long arm, games style.

May or may not be able to attend. Friends need to be picked up from the airport. Maybe I should have let them get a cab...

Then we did strict HSPU on the min for 10min. Each HSPU was worth one point and we gave ourselves a *bonus point for each round we were able to press out of the bottom (start w/head on the mat and press up.)
Drew: 3*-3*-3*-3*-3*-0(3kipping)-0(3kipping)-3-3-3 = 29pts
Amber: 2*-2*-2*-2*-0(2kipping)-1-0(2kipping)-1-1-2 = 17pts
