Rest Day

did an at-home wod this morning.

4 rounds
"sprint" for 2 min (pushing macie in jogging stroller)
50 squats
sprint 2 min
40 pushups

i did it in our neighborhood, and i treated it as an out and back run with squats every 2min then pushups every 2 min. it was about a 2.25 mile run, with 200 squats and 160 pushups thrown in. i really tried to sprint up the hills instead of slog. at the end, i had to walk a couple of times.

I was at the gym this morning getting the drill. On my way out I thougth I would try a MU. No warm up, no skill work, just grabbed the rings and DID ONE! wow!

This afternoon I did more MU's in the backyard. I did MU on the min for 30 min. I made the first 9 then missed a couple, got a couple. Final score was 13 - double what it was last Monday!

Daily MU total = 14

(One day I'll be able to do 30 like Cori.)

Ran 5 miles in mah new kicks. They are not made for distance. My right shin felt it; but they are gonna make great xfit shoes!
