everybody must've had too much easter candy, as it was just me and anna p this morning.

row: 1x500m, 1x1000m, 1x500m
2:00, 4:08, 2:01

then i did the cashout with anna.
50 pistol squats for time 3:48.
i actually felt mr. pukie around pistol number 15...i must've had too much easter candy.

will run the mu wod a little later this a.m.

Did the Pack - 120 pull ups (with green & red bands) and 120 bar dips (green band) - 20:49.

No Easter candy, but still trying to let my back recover. Anna P. that is a lot of pull-ups and bar dips!! Way to go!

Way way to go AnnaP and mr Pukie! Did you find your quiet place about 750 on that 1000m row Cori? Good job on the pullups Anna..the other ladies you cross paths with will soon be begging to know how you get those arm muscles.
Missing being there with the AM peeps. Got some 400s, squats, pushups and situps in yesterday.
The fact is that I had to come to Orlando to get a tattoo from an Amish friend while having dinner in a canoe.
See you all Thursaday. Looking forward to getting back to the Carport.

bill, i can't WAIT to see that tattoo!!! sandy...hope you feel better soon, and i hope Will told you that i asked about you on saturday to see how your back was doing.

rachel - i posted scales similar to that from the past dates. here it is:

if you can't do a chest to bar pullup and deep ring dip, the sub is 5:1 pullups/dips for big dawgs, 4:1 pullups/dips for porch, 3:1 pullups/dips for pack.

if you can do a chest to bar pullup and deep ring dip, scale is 3:1 muscle up progressions. (no if's, and's or but's to those that think MUP's aren't a "workout". if they don't seem difficult enough, we can scale it up to similate more of a true mu or give you a weight vest.)

Thanks Bill & Sandy! The goal is to be able to wave and only my hand move.

Cori - you know how I said my arms were okay when I was leaving. I am now thankful that I have a desk to rest them on while I type because I am pretty sure I cannot lift them. And those pistol squats/wobbles have caused my legs to feel like jello.

Sandy, I hope you feel better soon...I need you back, you're my motivation. :)
Bill, you need to get back because you're my entertainment in the morning! The morning crew falls apart when y'all aren't around.

2:17/4:58/8:40/12:41/18:14/28:26
there was no gaming today. i just went when i felt like i could do another one.

i had no misses for the first 25 reps, then i missed rep 26. after that, it went downhill, which is why it took me 10 minutes to do the last 5. i probably missed 5 the last 5, which means i attempted 10.

Oh my! Anna! How are you getting anything done today?? I for sure wouldn't have been able to lift my kids after DOUBLE push-up burpees and that WOD...yikes!
