boys, if you want to order a tank the colors options are berry pink,
light blue, baby pink, red, teal.
i'm sure i'll be hearing from all of you, so make sure you indicate how many you want. and fyi, they tend to run small, so if you're self-conscious about your muffin top, i'd size up. oh! and they're racerbacks, so i'm sure that might increase the order even more!

regional wod with amber:
1 round + 8 wallballs
689 reps...a far cry from drew's 1000+ reps! lol! like i always say, if i were as good as drew's expectations, i'd be annie thorisdottir!

Regional WOD = 699 reps
1rd + 3 DL

Bill - Drew designed this WOD to be done unbroken, and had we stayed unbroken, we would have made 1000 reps for sure. However, we broke up a few things. Here is how my workout went...
250m row
50 du - unbroken
25 ball slams - unbroken
15 WB - ?/?...
10 DL 205# - 5/5
5 HSPU - unbroken
1 rope climb

50 du - 30/20
25 ball slams - 10/10/5
15 WB - 3/5/4/3
3 DL

To make it to Regionals, you MUST have a tank. It is the only way. So anyone on the fence about ordering should first decide how serious they are about making it to Regionals next year. Wearing Carport a tank will make you a better CrossFitter. ;)

Max Snatch 140# [PR]

Went too heavy on the WOD: 1 rd @ 100# and 1 rd @ 95#.

Still in awe of Brooke's Tabata situps!

Cynthia - 80# max snatch, 3rds + 5 HPS at 45# (to box for OHS).

The primary accomplisment for this WOD was that Jonathan didn't bust his head open when his missed his max snatch and careened backward toward the concrete with the weight overhead with Cori screaming "Let it go! Let it go!". Very good advice coach, very good advice.
