Thanks for the hospitality Carport Crossfit. I thoroughly enjoyed my two weeks and it was nice meeting all of you. If any of you are ever in Atlanta let me know. Keep up the hard work! Dan
Hey Bo, I will leave your rope at the gym tonight- sorry I didn't get it by there last night, but we had a baseball game! Thank you for letting me borrow it! :)
Way to go Anna P and Cori! You all knocked that WOD out of the PARK! I can only hope that Anna G was also there this morning slaying her burpee demons. I read a study on burpeephobia that said there were only 2 cures...more burpees or copious amounts of fish oil (chewable). Oh and by the way Cori and Anna P - I noted the excellent partitioning of your WODs this morning ;0]
Just when I thought I was getting in shape and couldn't get "sore" anymore, we do 100 KBS and 50 HSPU. I couldn't lift my arms over my head this morning!!!
Dan: we really enjoyed having you with us. Come back any time. All our best to you.
Rachel: you know those things don't wash off, right?? ;)
Cori: when is the next "partitioning" seminar? Bill asked.
Cori- we are looking at fancy minimalist shoes at the shoe store. Sandy wants to know if she gets some high dollar shoes and a rope climb comes up in a wod will you stop the clock so she can change shoes????
Dan - If we get to ATL early enough to come by the gym on the 25th, we will give you call. Thank you so much for training with us while you were in Bham!
Everybody else - you guys CRACK ME UP!!!!!!!!!!
Rachel - You have added to the list of goofy excuses for not working out. Your "Going to New Orleans to get a tatoo" ranks right up there with "canoe club meeting", and "dinner with the Amish"
man! i don't check in all day, and it's the most active blogging day of ALL TIME!!!!!!!! it's a blogging PR and i MISSED IT! boo!!!!
let me catch up really quick:
@dan - it was awesome having you, and we look forward to seeing you again either in the atl or the ham.
@bill - ew, chewable fish oil. that sounds awful! and no, i cannot stop the clock for you to change shoes. :) i also meant to tell you that perhaps you could've cut 3-5 minutes off of your time yesterday if you would've spent less time sorting through your "interesting" numbering system. ;)
@puma: i can't lift my arms either, but it's because of the ring dips i did last night. i didn't know it was possible for my pecs to be this sore. washing my hair this morning was a challenge. i would prop one elbow on the shower wall and then move my head back and forth.

Yeah Bill, they do, but I am visiting a friend who is a tattoo artist down there and thought: "Why not?!"
Rock on I'll be on the river today

Go girl
Way to go Drew!
A seminar wouldn't help. I was thinking more like a short book with lots of pictures.....in English.
@ Puma- I am well aware. My body is my temple...I mean, canvas!:D
@ Bill- I find that illustrations are helpful, but I was thinking of a video tutorial!
@ Judy- have fun on the river! Watch out for snakes!!!

Haha! Bill, you are killing me. I was there, but I complained. Drew didn't feel sorry for me at all. I got 5 rounds plus 4 burpees with jumping C2B.
10 rounds
