Hey Rumpshakers-Let's meet at 7:20am at On Tap in Lakeview. If you don't know where it is call me at 205-243-1148. Think about your game plan on your pace. DON'T BLOW UP-You will have a better race if you stay consistent and then give all you got on the last mile. This is nothing but a 3 round WOD-Each mile is a round. Looking forward to it and thank you for supporting such a great cause.

Hard to judge a PR bc it was my first time doing a max deadlift but last time we did deadlift in a WOD it was 95#. It was my first time to break into triple digits lifting so that was pretty cool!

Missed the rest of the "junkies" this morning. Thanks for doing it with me Amber!

Two "firsts" tonight - toes-to-bar and "a" chin to bar pull up. Dave said he was going to tell Cori anyway so I thought I might as well post it:)
