  1. We put tape up above one of the door frames at home and timed ourselves for 20 reps.

    20 reps in 57 sec jumping to ceiling at home. not sure the 6" is accurate that way.

  4. Listen up folks! Carport Crossfit has a team established for the Rumpshaker 5k on March 31st. For those of you who ran with us last year you know how much fun we had, and we walked away with fastest male team! We need a good showing this year. You can go to the website and register under Teams, just simply select Carport Crossfit. I am your Team Captain and registered under David Johnson.
    I encourage you to sign up and join us for this great cause. Your WOD's will provide you with PLENTY of training. Don't worry about not being able to run the distance. You can do totally do it! With a chip for timing the total cost is $25.00. We look forward to having you join us!

  6. Bill- 81 reps. I will say though that my fingers crunched into the rings I was jumping to for the reach and didn't make at least 2 to full extension. 2 out of 81 ain't so bad.

  9. Well the jump to bar was awkward. 83 was disappointing. 100 was goal and 93 would have been acceptable. May try again Sunday but cortisone I start tonight may kill my lungs. Play it by ear.
