before people ask 1 gasser is 193m. We usually count distances in football in yards. But yes 193 meters is 212 yards. So a full gasser is 193 meters, a 1/2 is 96 meters and a 1/4 is 48 meters. Enjoy! Comment by John Welbourn — CrossFitFootball.com
i read up on the gasser, and from everything i read it isn't just running 212 yards, but you must touch "sideline to sideline." my plan in the a.m. is to measure 53 yards and we will run back and forth 4 times touching the ground each time (which totals 212 yards).
thanks for posting those scores, too, amber! i was just thinking i would try 115# b/c there is no way i'd be able to go with 130#. i could maybe do it over the course of a few days? :)

Football toss:
1st game = 38
2nd game = 58 (6,6,6,6,-,-,10,12,-,12)
I had to go by the gym this morning to pick something up so I played again while I was there. It is so fun! I finally made it through the yellow!
you just couldn't stay away from the football toss!
11:47 115#
subbed front squats for push jerks. tried the push jerks at that weight and i knew it would be a bad idea for my shoulder.
