    Shoulder maintenance wod today. I rolled myshoulder out on the foam roller and with a tennis ball last night. It feels better but not 100%. I am going to keep doing mobility stuff this weekend and scale overhead movements if I need to until it's well. I do not like having to modify the wod but I know that I'd I take care of this while it is a minor issue, it won't become a major one. So I will use this time to work on some goats :)

  4. Didn't time this but because I was doing it with a first timer, but I was able to do all the MUs!! Non consecutive though, just one at a time. Should be around yall this weekend!

  6. sub 9min RX around the same time as my others i did them almost all 1 @ a time alot of power skill moves. next time i am going to let ALEX do the MU and i will do the snatch:} and see if we can be sub 5
