"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

SKILL - bridge (back bend)- This requires good flexibility of the "anterior chain" (shoulders, wrists, abs, hips, etc). Can you bridge up? If not, try laying over the blue mats to get into position. If you can bridge up, how long can you hold it? 10, 20, 30, 60 sec??? Bridge up atleast 5 times, holding for 5-10sec each time.

i love mitch's crossfit story! one of the best aspects of coaching is seeing people like mitch at the beginning of 101 to a few months later watching the same person that could barely finish a 101 wod totally bust out some major work! it's inspiring and motivating and endearing and exciting and....! i could go on!

congrats mitch! we will miss you so much when you move! :( make sure you drop in on the blog every now and then to tell us how you're doing!

Don't have a pullup bar at home. Couldn't make it to the box because the wife is out of town and I had the girls with me.

Good job old man! I got 315 today. Lots of energy in the 6:30pm class.
